Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

A different path when other paths haven’t worked

For some people, especially those dealing with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, or trauma, traditional talk just therapy alone isn’t enough. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines the therapeutic use of ketamine, a legal, medically supervised dissociative medicine, with structured psychotherapy support before, during, and after the experience.

How it works:

KAP sessions involve medical oversight for the ketamine component (in partnership with a prescribing provider) alongside therapeutic support from me before, during, and after the experience to help build, prepare, and integrate what comes up. Many people find that ketamine can create a temporary shift in the usual patterns of thought, allowing access to emotional material and insight that felt out of reach before.

This isn’t a quick fix, it’s a structured, supported process, and I’ll walk you through what to expect at every step, including whether it’s an appropriate fit for you.
